- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, chickpea flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, lemon juice, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to marinate.
