  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes (cut into chunks)
  • Skewers for grilling
Paneer Tikka

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, chickpea flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, lemon juice, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to marinate.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated paneer cubes, bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer and vegetables are lightly charred.

  7. Paneer and Vegetable Kebabs: Ingredients:
  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.), cut into chunks

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
