Healthy Eating Principles

Healthy eating is an art. Living life to its fullest begins with Self Love. Loving oneself is the first step in
programing your body to start healing naturally. Human body has excellent self-healing powers
hidden in it. Right mental attitude is what most people lack due to which they fail to achieve
optimum health.

There are three principle which Asma teaches through her personal experience:

1. Addition: This is the first and easy to implement principle. We need to add variety of
nutrient dense foods which are low in Calories in order to achieve optimum weight and
health. When we start a new diet this is the most exiting part and everyone likes doing it.

2. Elimination: This is the tricky part which is highly rewarding. When combined with principle
1 it gives a synergistic effect and helps you Jump Start your Health Journey. Without this
step no amount of addition will work!

3. No Perfection: Life is full of uncertainty and imperfections. Same applies to our diet. Just be
easy on yourself. Don’t let your go on guilt trips! Guilt is from Shaitan. It prevents us from
recommitting and coming back to our healthy eating plans.
