Healthy eating is different from dieting. It is an art you learn for a life time. You incorporate these skills in your daily life and learn how to lose and maintain healthy body weight. Most people who struggle with weight are serial dieters who go on crash diets often and then give up get back to unhealthy eating habits. By doing this they often gain more than they lose through crash dieting.

Modern day medical science trains health professionals to practice the reactive medicine.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t focus much on the prevention part. This is the part where we work on. We believe that if we change our parameters of diet and lifestyle, we can prevent a bundle of diet induced modern day disease like Diabetes, PCOS, Migraine, Infertility, etc. Prevent is no doubt better than Cure.

Learning Healthy Eating and Adapting a natural healthy life is the only solution. Here are few guidelines to choose a healthy eating plan:

1. It should be Holistic. It should contain all nutritional food groups to meet body’s requirements
2. It should be suitable to your current health conditions
3. It should be doable. It should be easy to follow
4. It should be flexible. You must be able to socialize and meet friends over food. It should teach you principles to stay on plan even when you go out and eat with friends or attend parties
5. In the end it should not make you independent on diet plans for ever. It should help stand on your own after following it.
